Very unprofessional. I normally don’t do reviews, but this is was a horrible experience. I have a very demanding job and it is not easy for me to take off work. When I arrived they said I wasn’t on their schedule. I showed them my call log and she went and spoke to someone in the back office. After realizing they made a mistake all they could say was there was a scheduling mistake and I could reschedule. This place has become a saving grace in what has been a lifelong struggle with my back and my neck pain and issues. After having back surgery and neck ablation in 2018 and not doing any physical therapy at all until now, both Matt and Crystal…along with all of their staff knew exactly what I needed to begin true healing.
