I highly recommend working with Melissa to help recover from any injury, old or new, that you may have. I am actually a rehab physician, so I am very picky about the physical therapists that I work with. Before I started working with Melissa, I couldn't make it through a day without pain. I couldn't stand up long enough to make dinner or do the dishes. I was really have pain in my wrist during my workouts and intermittently throughout the day. Luckily, I met Melissa Reh. While it was my wrist that was in pain she was able to identify that my pain originated from an old ankle injury that had not been properly mobilized.
