Everyone I’ve seen at Kinematics has been so caring. Lisa has been helping me for over a year and has been amazing!
A super professional and amazing studio focused on assisting people. All staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Kinematics to anyone wanting to focus on Pilates, strength building or assisting with injuries like myself. 5 star service!!!!

I have only been to see Clive twice so far, but I have felt an improvement each time. He has been so kind and professional. He is open to questions and very informational. I'm excited for my next appointment, I can't believe I've waited this long for an osteo! I also attended the infrared sauna, it was surprising my different, I really enjoyed it!
