Highly recommend Sophie she is an exceptional physio, the best I have come across in Melbourne. She supported me through my first pregnancy and post partum period including pelvic floor support, reformer Pilates modifications for strength, and conditioning, c section preparation and recovery and navigating the myriad of body changes and ailments that come with pregnancy.
