I cannot run from this credit union fast enough. I high advise you not to trust them with your money. My accounts have been "frozen" for several weeks. I cannot access MY money at all. I have called, I've gone into the branch and no one is able to speak to their fraud department which may not even exist. They have told me they are reviewing my account and it will take 24-48 hours. I started renting rentals through budget rentals from January 2025 to April 2025. OK, I have always paid between 800 to 1000 no more than that for my rentals till the month of April they charge me $2165 for one month who in their right mind is going to pay this amount. Worst service ! Very unhelpful! They wont listen to customers issue they speak over you ! They are ignorant in the banking world of information! Keep blaming the Back office or Main office! For every issue!
