Staff always friendly and no long wait time. I'm always in and right out.
Horrible experience. Not sure how elderly people deal with them. I was trying to activate my Mothers debit card for her. She was on the phone with me. She gave 5 pieces of personal information to 5 different people and no one could figure out and tell us that you have to call from the account owners phone number. Finally had them add my number to the account and it worked. Talked with 3 employees. a supervisor and a manager. No one could activate it.
