Horrible experience. Not sure how elderly people deal with them. I was trying to activate my Mothers debit card for her. She was on the phone with me. She gave 5 pieces of personal information to 5 different people and no one could figure out and tell us that you have to call from the account owners phone number. Finally had them add my number to the account and it worked. Talked with 3 employees. a supervisor and a manager. No one could activate it. I cannot run from this credit union fast enough. I high advise you not to trust them with your money. My accounts have been "frozen" for several weeks. I cannot access MY money at all. I have called, I've gone into the branch and no one is able to speak to their fraud department which may not even exist. They have told me they are reviewing my account and it will take 24-48 hours.
