I have been with Kinecta for > 20 years. I want to acknowledge Leda who has gone above and beyond in helping me with my accounts. Leda advised me and processed the paper work to open a high yield savings account to earn more interest. Thank you Leda!!!
I have had this bank for over 10 years. Recently they enrolled us in something called ProtectPlus and it takes 10 dollars out of your bank account every month. When I called to cancel this service which I was enrolled in without my consent, they said they could not refund me for the months already paid.
