No phone answering, no calls backs, they short you on weekend hours, they won't change your address over the phone, website errors, sneaky fees
Tyonna Yearwood at the Santa Monica Branch is very caring and amazing at her job and God heard my prayers. I needed a personal loan to cover unexpected funeral costs that were just getting eaten up by credit card rates. Then she was able to get my car refinanced for much much lower! This is such a huge burden off my shoulders and now I will see forward progress! I must mention that I am in Arizona now and so all this was done over the phone. I will not be changing my credit union ever. 20 years strong
Ariel is an actual angel. She is so kind, so AMAZING at what she does, wants to help you the most she absolutely can & it’s all genuine. I hesitate to post this bc she’s so busy herself already, but she is truly the best.
