Never answer the phone call
Tracy Barre was SOO helpful! I'm an Insurance agent who deals with Mortgage companies all day and Tracy was so happy to get me the information I needed for a mutual customer, He is not even the escrow officer but he took the time out of his busy day to get me the info I needed within 5 minutes! The office moved from #100 to #210. This is not a bank or ATM location. It’s just administrative offices. Costs $1.25 to park 15 minutes. Other than that it’s a cool building and space of WeWork.
You guys need to update your profile so that people dont show up wasting there time and money looking for an ATM. Very frustrating
