The staff are awesome..we'll trained, knowledgeable and very polite..
I will be putting this review under every kinecta site to WARN potential and current clients.. their banking app isnt accurate and doesn't post charges automatically, that or they're stealing extra money. Speaking of stealing, they automatically enrolled me(without my permission) into a premium checking account which charges you 10 dollars every month for services you wouldn't qualify for without 10,000 in your account... Also charges random service fees and re-enrolled me into paper billing that I unenrolled myself from mon... read more
Excellent service, Amazing turn around when you have questions, paperwork that needs to be submitted and so on. Easiest place for any banking needs. They care about their customers and their future.
Was processing a home loan through another lender and Kinecta does all my business, so the biggest worry I had was communication and getting things done on a timely and “fast” schedule. They knocked it out of the park with everything needing to be done. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to do business with them.
