Excellent service, Amazing turn around when you have questions, paperwork that needs to be submitted and so on. Easiest place for any banking needs. They care about their customers and their future.
Was processing a home loan through another lender and Kinecta does all my business, so the biggest worry I had was communication and getting things done on a timely and “fast” schedule. They knocked it out of the park with everything needing to be done. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to do business with them.

They were friendly in the beginning and pre-approved us for a home mortgage, but 1 week after closing informed us that we weren’t eligible due to my income source as a PhD student - this came as a shock as we were transparent about that from be beginning and provided all documentation. We tried very hard to make it work with them but were left in a bad position. If you are a graduate student, I strongly recommend something else.
