I joined the credit union about 30 days ago. I am very happy with the service I received from Christopher, who is out of the Fountain Valley office. He was very professional, told me exactly what to expect and he was exactly right. I opened my account over the phone, sent all the documents needed and I was able to obtain a loan after 30 days of becoming a member. I call that service.
