I joined the credit union about 30 days ago. I am very happy with the service I received from Christopher, who is out of the Fountain Valley office. He was very professional, told me exactly what to expect and he was exactly right. I opened my account over the phone, sent all the documents needed and I was able to obtain a loan after 30 days of becoming a member. I call that service. Have been a Kinecta customer for many years...went in today to my branch in Tustin and spoke to Oscar A. to open a CD and was extremely pleased by the service...took a few minutes with verification, investment services, and docusign...dunzo!
