My mom was living there until this past October when she passed away. I don't have any complaints about the CNA's other than for some reason the people quit their job there. So they were always "shorthanded". My complaint about this place is that I had spoken to the director of Kindred Hearts, asking her to please notify me when the end was coming because I didnt want my mom to pass away alone. Both my parents are at this location. The staff is wonderful to them & all of us kids. My parents tell me all the time that they love it. They treat them like family. Us kids so not worry about them, we know they are in good handa!!
