They don't do anymore,they actually do less then other banks. They'll talk about your personal life to other members,I tried getting a lone to try building my credit, never missed a payment,every time I needed a cosigner, the last time they even wanted me to hire a lawyer to make sure the cosigner knew what they were getting into, the cosigner had 10× as much as I was asking for, owned a farm,mortgage was all the way paid off.
Very rude,try getting a lone,I needed a cosigner, called my cosigner the day of my appointment told her there was no point her coming in without a lawyer,I was trying for $10,000, I went to CIBC had no issues way better people,they claim to help where other banks can't, I've given them many chances and the reality is they do alot less then my bank now.
Experience here has been refreshing after dealing with large banks. Real people that do their jobs efficiently. Very friendly
I am a new client and have enjoyed meeting different members of the team. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Already I feel more secure in my new institution of choice, and appreciate what a difference it is here.
