I've been a member for just over 2 years now and at first it was a bit rough but after we figured everything out it's been awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only 1 thing I'd like to change. Make the debit cards work to pay online.
I am a new member here, but so far have had a wonderful experience. No problems with cards or the app or anything - all has gone smoothly! I'm young and learning about finances, and Carol Hiebert was super helpful as a financial advisor. I love their conservative family values and was so excited to see that they have so many community centred options. The worst bank in the country. The workers don't know anything, ive been here more than once to get my debit card to work on the atm. Esch time they've given me dismissive useless answers. The workers love gossiping about other people's financial situations and the hours are horrible. Find a different bank. Do better kindred
