Very nice
We had an appointment one time with a non-stop talking woman whose name was Mary Martin. You see, we were trying to get a bank account for me with her, but we never ended up getting one. We had to interrupt Mary in order for us to even speak. She talked super fast that I couldn't even comprehend anything she said. I can't judge personalities, but in a professional setting where things need to be understood and taken seriously, that was unacceptable. I went to TD instead.
Heidi and team were fantastic! They answered all our questions and always responded quickly and accurately Highly recommend!
