Very friendly and more hospitable than any bank I’ve ever been in. Water cooler and coffee in the entrance! Knowledgable staff who answer more questions than they ask.

I have heard many nice things about Kindred but unfortunately our experience with a staff member was underwhelming. We had to repeatedly reach out to get a response, our phone calls would go to their voicemail with no call back, emails would go unresponded, and when we finally got an update/ call back it was cold without any courteous greetings or apologies for the delay in response.
