I have heard many nice things about Kindred but unfortunately our experience with a staff member was underwhelming. We had to repeatedly reach out to get a response, our phone calls would go to their voicemail with no call back, emails would go unresponded, and when we finally got an update/ call back it was cold without any courteous greetings or apologies for the delay in response. What a lovely bank, they are nice and do regular bank things, but apparently with better ethics
