Ayal is very knowledgeable about bikes and as the store name says, kind. I am happy to buy my bikes from kind human!
I recently reached out to Kind Human to help me choose a trainer. Ayal was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to recommend the best product for me. Within the week I had my trainer in my home set up and ready to go. Kind Human offers incredible service and expertise. They are lovely people to work with.
I am SO IMPRESSED with this company! It's the second time they've serviced a bike for me. The latest instance was this week when I dropped-off my gf's bike for repairs and seasonal maintenance. Whereas KH could have charged me for new parts, Ayal determined the bike required only a relatively simple fix. Not only was my final bill MUCH LOWER than I had anticipated, the repair was completed within hours!! This man is super rude, belligerent and dishonest. He almost chased me out from his store, and he sold me a damaged part for bicycle.
