My power is back! Just had a quick bike fit done by KH. Í’d bought & installed a new saddle beforehand, which was just uncomfortable despite using the previous placement. I also wished I’d know they’re happy to order saddles in. Would have been better & faster in the end to be honest.
The mechanics at Kind Human have tuned up both my bike and my wife's. The bikes performed better, more smoothly shifting/running than even when they were first purchased. Excellent work and repair. Definite five star.
I was having a few issues with my Bianchi road bike this year and brought it into KindHuman for their assessment. Ayal listened to the problems I was experiencing and did a few quick checks on the spot. Upon a brief inspection, he immediately noticed a couple of things which needed to be addressed and suggested a complete tune up. Ayal is an excellent mechanic. I brought my bike in because of problems with rear brakes. He identified the problem quickly and communicated with me promptly when it was fixed. Would highly recommend.
