I was claiming via the third party’s insurer, so had no choice but to use Kindertons if I wanted to pursue my claim. Kindertons encourage you to claim so they can hire you a car and then bill the insurers for it…..but having got you into a hire car, they then go as slow as possible in their handling of the claim in order to prolong the car hire period for as long as they can. The worst of the worst call centre in India that is about as much help as Covid
Staff are abrupt, rude, unprofessional. Sophie dean and Thomas beech especially. Trying to go out of there way to cause hassle to clients.
Can’t get a higher car to me any faster than a week. Hire company at end of my road has cars available, but kinderton says they are too expensive. So I lose out. Also lack of communication throughout
