I was a former employee at the corporate office. Julie Brazil I believe was her last name was extremely toxic and a bully which led me to leave the office overall. It is sad to me that places that are supposed to support children, whether at the corporate level or not our ran by such cruel people I hope that when they vet their staff, they truly look at character and not who they like as friends. For heaven's sake, I just wanted to do a tour. Now I'm on an eternal email advertising list that I have unsubscribed to, blocked and report spam, and I still receive emails. Do not email this place and sign up for a tour. I will remove this review when I stop receiving emails.
Aimee Durant at Oro Valley is unprofessional as they come. Overpriced. So glad I got my baby girl out of there. Avoid at all costs.
When I tried to get help on my case she tried to claim that I didn’t pay for my kids last day to Kindercare and that why I received 4 weeks of late fees then when I asked her check the last time I made a payment she quoted November 20th so then when I asked her how that made sense she got quiet and when I said how does that make sense she couldn’t provide me an answer herself just what the day care told her which was an obvious lie if I showed her the contradiction with her own eyes to see proof.
