I honestly regret choosing this Kindercare. The manager, Chantal, was consistently rude and unwelcoming. Instead of listening when parents have concerns, I felt like management and staff would immediately become defensive and gang up on you rather than trying to solve the problem. It created an uncomfortable environment where you didn’t feel heard or respected. The educational level was also disappointing. I cannot say enough great things about this daycare! We started sending our daughter here when she was just 3 months old and have had the best experience. We were super nervous new parents, and the staff here always answered all of our crazy questions very quickly, followed our baby’s schedule exactly, provided updates and pictures through the day, and took the time to know our daughter. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff and teachers, especially Ms. Chantal, Ms. Johna, Ms. Aretha, Ms. M, and Ms. Shirley. Due to our work, we came to the U.S. for the first time, and our son spent six months here. During this time, he went from knowing almost no English to now understanding and speaking it quite well.
