My son has been enrolled since sept 2024. I just feel like with the app they use there’s limited access interaction the parents can have. We can send a private message but probably would get a response hours later. Also if my child got hurt or a scratch or there was an incident they don’t share photos… Through the app I feel like just having a chat box where parents can communicate with the teachers and vise versa just to check in with how’s the child is doing through the day will seal that security. Diversas vezes minha filha está voltando com assadura, já falei várias vezes com para terem atenção nisso, levo comida pra ele (a) darem minha filhi(a)e eles não dão mesmo a comida estando lavada e picada seria só abrir o pote e entregar para ele(a). Eles são incapaz de colocar um babador para que ele(a) possa comer a roupa da criança não ficar quase que unutilizavel de tão suja que volta

KinderCare at Newark is beyond amazing. The teachers are great. Teaching is their passion. I have not met not one teacher who showed that they didn’t love their job. The welcome that you received from dropping off to picking up is never ending. My son has grown tremendously in less than 1 year.
