Rotten front office. Kindercare is not renewing with the base past December so they are closing in 2 months. I confirmed a picture day with them and the day before, they say, "mysteriously" they never got picture day forms. No calls or follow ups, just a bunch of weird comments and assumptions and somehow blamed me. Funny how the mail worked fine in the spring. I confirmed with them multiple times too.
