I recently contacted KinderCare Wendell Falls to inquire about childcare options and pricing, particularly for part-time care, but was met with discourteous and abrupt responses on two separate occasions. The staff members were rude, often cutting me off mid-sentence, especially when I tried to discuss the possibility of opting for full-time care if it proved cost-effective. The director of this school was placed on administrative leave on Monday. Parents were not told for two days, then only vague responses such as he is out of business. Parents were left to question and worry about their children here. The district leader sent an email that she was unavailable and would at the school on Friday, lending no concern or comfort.

We had a great experience here. Our child was in the infant class with Ms. Amber and Ms. Rebekah. They both were very engaging and wanted what was best for my child. They worked with any special requests I had and always made sure to tell me about her day. They were very observant and I always felt reassured my baby was safe with them.

Updated Sept 2023: We ADORE Mr Malcolm, Ms Vanessa and Mr J. More importantly, my son admires them SO much and truly values their opinion of him. We feel so blessed to have had them for both PK and TK and they truly deserve any recognition awards that Kindercare offers.
