We have had a great experience at Kindercare so far! My daughter started with Ms. Brooke in the infant room in 2024. Her constant calm and the impressive amount of time that she has been at the center was the main reason we chose Kindercare. My daughter pretty immediately bonded with Ms. Amanda too and she still LOVES seeing her around the center. We are currently with Ms. Rosie who has also been with Kindercare for a long time. We seriously love this place. From the moment we walked in, we knew our child would be in great hands. The staff is so kind, patient, and clearly loves what they do. Our little one is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy! They do such a great job keeping the kids engaged with fun activities, learning time, and play. I graduated kindergarten from here 22 years ago, but the summer camp was monotonous for me. Some of the trips had no meaning whatsoever like kite flying when there's no wind or going somewhere unprepared. There's no daily schedule for summer camp aside from mealtimes. As a customer of KinderCare since 2019, I can honestly state that the quality of care has declined significantly since new leadership came in last Summer (2023). Since her hire, the culture of the center has shifted. Staff are not supported and she has created a toxic work environment for staff and parents. She is condescending on the phone and in emails to customers, and then gaslights you when you call her out. My nephew attends this daycare & overall happy with everything else except a teacher named Allison in the toddler class hits kids! His own mother caught her hitting him in the back of his head. My mother caught her dragging another kid by her arm. After that she took a 2 week “vacation” and came right back. Til this day my nephew says she hits him. I want her fired immediately or I will call the state!
