Kelly went above and beyond, and exceeded all my expectations in so many ways! Not only was she professional and so good at her job, she also made me feel really supported as a first time home buyer - like a true friend who really had my back, had so much patience with me, spent extra time making sure I understood, was always available, and actually cared about me as a human, not just business.
