Kelly went above and beyond, and exceeded all my expectations in so many ways! Not only was she professional and so good at her job, she also made me feel really supported as a first time home buyer - like a true friend who really had my back, had so much patience with me, spent extra time making sure I understood, was always available, and actually cared about me as a human, not just business. Thank you Kelly for making the home purchasing process possible for us. In our situation, we were buying a home in California from Ohio. The buying experience was slightly different for the state of California, and Kelly was wonderful in walking us through each step, with taking the time to explain state requirements.
