I recently purchased a home and Monte Hulderman did a fantastic job as my lender. He was very nice to work with, was always available and responded to my texts quickly, and he was very patient with all my questions and explained everything in detail and in ways that were easy to understand. He made the process very easy, and was so quick that we were able to close in less than 2 weeks from making an offer. Just a great experience all around.
I’m rarely ''impressed ''by lenders, but Charlotte truly stood out. She was proactive, answered calls and texts even on weekends, took the time to thoroughly explain the process to our first-time buyers, and communicated consistently with me. She ensured all documents stayed on track and made sure the buyers were scheduled for closing at the title company. I will recommend Charlotte to my future buyers without hesitation.
