My son has been attending Kind Health Company for weekly appointments for 2years. He is always looking forward to going there everytime. Staff are highly skilled and friendly.
So happy we found Kind Health Company as my son’s OT. The skills, knowledge and care they have is fantastic. They support me as well and guide me in the right direction to best support my son. I highly recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. We had 7 sessions with an OT at Kind Health. By the end I was completely frustrated and overwhelmed by how I was treated by the owners. I was initially accused of not paying an invoice. I emailed multiple times with my receipt numbers and evidence until it was finally resolved. This was apparently my responsibility when in the end it was their error. Then when it came to obtaining appropriate invoices to claim through Medicare, this was nearly impossible. Connie, Zach and the others at Kind Health Company have been an absolute saviour for our family! They always go above and beyond, have helped us to navigate NDIS and are the most accommodating OT’s I’ve ever come across! Highly recommend! So grateful for your high standards and immense kindness guys!
