I had an incredible experience. I am a beginner at skiing and this is my second time in vail. The first time, I rented my skis and equipment in the vail village. It felt rushed, very busy, and more expensive. This time, I booked my skis in advance and it was so easy. The prices are super reasonable. Peter was absolutely outstanding. I left my bike with them on Tuesday to change two spokes and replace the seals on my Specialized Epic. By Saturday, they hadn't touched the bike. They hadn't even ordered the spokes. When I left the bike with them, they promised to at least replace the spokes. I'll never leave them a bike again.
Did a walk-in at the Vail location to get some repairs and Wiley and Peter took care of us right away. They did a great job and were very friendly. Cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
