I left my bike with them on Tuesday to change two spokes and replace the seals on my Specialized Epic. By Saturday, they hadn't touched the bike. They hadn't even ordered the spokes. When I left the bike with them, they promised to at least replace the spokes. I'll never leave them a bike again.
Did a walk-in at the Vail location to get some repairs and Wiley and Peter took care of us right away. They did a great job and were very friendly. Cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Our 5th Summer staying in Vail for 2wks. Wanted to rent bikes for our sons (6 & 8) but frankly disappointed by many shops in Vail Village/Lionshead. Returning to cycling after decades of injuries and now a mandatory $ stability brace - I yearned for some education regarding the rental bikes. Specifically E-bike information and suggestions for our sons too. Thankfully I stopped by the KIND location in West Vail (minutes from our Condo). Kind was super helpful on a Sunday getting our Specialized Turbo Creos updated with new software and batteries which we didn’t know about. Turned our “no go” ride into a week of awesome riding in the Vail Valley. A shout out to Sean who took care of us and got us on the road again. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
