Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a "live edge" dining room table in January understanding it would be 6+ months before receiving it. To our delight, it actually came in early - ran out to buy chairs. To our dismay, when delivered, it was the wrong table. Sent it back. Took well over a month to hear back from Kincaid.
