I bought a Kincaid sectional sofa in September 2019. I am now experiencing fraying at the seams of my sofa cushions and separation of fabric ... exposing the filler ... in a back cushion on my sofa. I did contact customer service and was told that there is a one-year warranty on the fabric. How about the workmanship? This is terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. SMH.
Just purchased table and four chairs. Was told it was made in north carolina. When received, there is a label that clearly states it was made in Vietnam. Kincaid's website says furniture is made in the USA. I feel I have been lied to and they are using false advertisement.
