This is my review, yours may have been better but this was my first experience and will most definitely be my last. Spoke to Ken and was told what paperwork to drop off. The first week of December dropped the forms off, left with woman at front office. The week of Christmas I called to check on status and to see if anything else was needed, woman said that the paperwork was on Ken’s desk.
