He worked a lot with all of the accumulated pain, and showed me how stretch and gently exercise my back, neck and shoulders. Just in one appointment I feel big relief and for sure will be coming back. Thank you so much Garreth for you thoughtfulness and professionalism! P.s. adding a little of mint (or menthol ) oil to avoid congestion while lying down the message table is a stroke of genius. Thank you again!
