Very poor management, and they do not care about your reputation. They can easily destroy your career. And they do not care about equal opportunities policy which is hanged on their wall
KIn and took care of my dad like no other, the food he even loved so much. I wish his second round he was living here. Everyone was so helpful, and patient with him, and even informative to me on how I should watch him when he leaves. Sadly, after they sent him to Avalon Nursing Home in Federal Way which was a horrible place. He passed away there and it was the most worst experience ever. Thank you KIn On for at least giving a bit of happiness when he was in a nursing home, unlike Avalon. I would recommend this to any elders... read more
