I’ve had great experiences with Kim’s Sewing & Alterations. I’ve brought in several pairs of work pants to have the hems adjusted and also had a button replaced—everything was done neatly and fit just right. The turnaround was quick, the pricing fair, and the service professional and courteous. The quality of work shows careful attention to detail, and the whole process has always been smooth and easy. Definitely a solid choice if you need reliable tailoring or alterations.
Horrible Horrible, I took a white dress to take in at the shoulders, when I got the dress back, I was very very disappointed. I don't know what they did to my dress, it wasn't what I asked them to do, and what they did cannot be repaired. They messed my dress up. How can they mess up something that simple. I will never use them again.
