Sent me to another store for something that didn't exist
Steve and Kristina treated me very well. I was able to play through some Mozart variations at a Kawai digital at my leisure. Steve gave me an outstanding deal on a Kawai hybrid, competitive with prices nationwide. The piano was delivered professionally and flawlessly. Steve is very friendly, accommodating, and super easy to deal with.
Love this place. Ever since Starr closed I just go through their parking lot. Everyone should and if Kim doesn't like it they should push Stanton for opening Starr
I had a wonderful experience with Kim’s Piano. They have such a large selection of pianos, digital and acoustic, at various price points. Steve Rivera was wonderful to work with and he gave me plenty of space to try out as many pianos as I wanted, with no rush at all. Steve was very responsive and provided great service. They also work with a great piano moving company. Would definitely go back to Kim’s Piano if I needed another piano!
Great selection of piano that fit you budget no matter the amount. Steve, the store manager, is so very helpful in our search for the perfect piano. He is knowledgeable and patient and truly cares about building relationship with his customers. His passion for making music really shows. The whole buying process couldn't be more pleasant.
