Actually the only one I've used for booking. Always attentive to detail. Pricing is good and the perks they throw in are a bonus. Would recommend them to anyone booking vacations
Booked a 12 day European cruise in the spring with this company. Our name was misspelled on travel documents causing multitudes of issues. Communication has been poorly lacking in comparison to our friends who booked through another cruise company. I attempted to speak to the owner who said we would hear from them when final payment was due-which we paid 2 months ago. Been with Kim's for years and have always been happy. Sadly Kim passed a number of years ago but her terrific sister Valerie took over and like Kim, Valerie is a delight and a very special person. Would love to join her on a cruise!
