I called a month ago to retain them for closing services on a sale of a home. It was noted that the buyers were using the same firm. It took them over a month to communicate that they cannot represent both parties. Lack of communication and law 101 that they should have noticed right away instead of over a month later.
A brief but excellent experience purchasing a home with the KW law firm, as recommended by our Royal LePage Real Estate Agent. Only worked with Stuart in person but had many from the team on our project. We are by no means legal pros so they made it easy for understand all that was going on.
