I just wanted to give a shout out and testimonal to Kim Mears, she is an incredible woman working in Kinesiology & Counselling and has been helping me one on one now for over 12 months. Prior to working with Kim I was an angry, stressed, anxious and overwhelmed woman, struggling with my mental health, Relationship with myself and others and also trying to fall pregnant. I have had many Kinesiology sessions with Kim and I thank her often for being such and integral part of my healing journey. Kim is extremely professional, thorough and comprehensive in her skills and knowledge of Applied Kinesiology. She is amazing!! I always feel safe and supported whilst my personal shifts are happening. It's always such and insightful and transformational experience. I could not recommend Kim highly enough. I had a very limited experience with kinesiology. Results were dramatic and insightful. My body shared insights with me that I had not considered were significant. Highly recommend Kim. Her aim is to improve life for her customers 100% focus on you. Felt safe and valued through whole experience.
