We used this company to file our taxes for 2015. It has been the worst experience. The CPA misplaced documents, which we then had to get and resend to them. There is no sense of urgency and the CPA filed our taxes with out us verifying the information and it was filed under the wrong social security number. Five month since we started the process, we are being audited and have spent countless hours on hold with the IRS and we still have not resolved our situation.
