I am a professional, educated person and unfortunately agreed with my parents getting involved with this firm to help get VA benefits. They were talked in to agreeing to things they should have never agreed to sign. This firm is Very pushy, good at their craft of making elderly and others believe in them, charges for services they never do, and will happily take your money knowing they are doing the wrong thing. Concerning when they danced around answering straight forward questions, they were condescending. They were offended by questions, which this is the first place I would think they would be used to being asked questions. Poor communication skills from someone who deals with it all the time to someone who has never dealt with elder care planning. Never felt secure with dealing with them
