They can't even wait until you make your payment. If your payment is on the 5th of the month, Margarguite can't wait and starts calling. She is very rude and disrespectful. I complained to the manager and she still calls. I have reported her to the corporate office and she still calls. If you go into Kimbrell's in Sanford do not deal with Margarguite. She is unprofessional.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We have bought numerous items from Eddie. He's great. If it's not on the floor, he'll grab the books and find what you want! Wonderful financing department. Great people and beautiful furniture!! A+++ from me!!!!!!!
If you order and decide less than 24 hours later another store has better deal DONT expect a quick refund pf your money its been two weeks and still "checks in the mail"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I love this store!!! I was given a chance for credit here when no one else would consider me, except rental stores. The sales person made it fun and the manager went out of her way to thank me for shopping there! 2 thumbs up!! I will be buying alot more with this store
Ive been looking for furniture for several months. The staff along with management was so helpful, and knowledgable when it came to furniture they made shopping enjoyable and exciting.
I have visited this location and have found a wide selection of beautiful furniture, easy to navigate around furniture and helpful staff for our needs. We always make it to the special sale promotions.
