Shopped @ Kimbrell’s in Morganton today. Chris the salesman was fantastic. I told him what I needed and he showed me everything. I really liked the huge iPad to make my selections. Great customer service. Jayla was helpful with also. Took very little time to purchase what I needed. If delivery and assembly is this great I’ll give you a “10”. Thanks so much.
Our time at Kimbrells was a fantastic experience. We were attended to the moment we walked through the door, All staff was very nice and friendly to us and they had people that speak both English and Spanish and helped us look for the couches we required for our home. They also showed us furniture that was not currently at the store and talked us through the monthly payment so we do not get confused by its terms. I recommend buying from them for future homes.
Very helpful and went out of their way to find exactly what we wanted.
