I have been doing business with these fine people for over three years now and they have easy credit terms and delivery. I would recommend them before I would go to a rental center.
Great place to shop, but delivery charges to high
I purchase a living room suit from kimbrells and the people and mangement was so great to help out with my needs and help me put together a nice package at a reasonable price. The down payment was very reasonable to fit my budget. They made sure that I was very satisfied before I left the store. I recommend anyone to come to the kimbrells on wilkinson over any other kimbrells in charlotte. I went to two other kimbrells and the salesmans there were not all that great. I give them five stars!!! I tried them and so should you.
I have visited this facility more than once and I have to say that with each visit the customer service just keeps getting worse. The staff in the office is very unfriendly and act like you are a nuisance if you come to the counter for anything. Sometimes they will look at you and continue on with what they are doing.I have called to have them price something, and they will take my name and number, only to never call me back...forcing me to go to another store out of town...which is a real shame being that I like to keep my ... read more
