Was told I could pick up a mattress @6:30pm and when arriving a Spanish lady was very rude. Told us they had to go home and she had already signed out the website for assistance. Then made it very difficult on the phone for instructions on where to go to load in the back. Never coming back here because of the customer service. I was also told “my boss was about to leave and after that I can’t release any mattresses. Regardless if I’m helping load or not”. Which by the way I brought my own help to load a full size mattress.
