Nice showroom and very helpful sales ladies.
I've been with Kimball's for years I bought a lot of stuff from them I went in there last week that many fireplace heater because I was in there maybe 20 minutes all together all of them were great at the store two guys who deliver a fireplace the next day they called me ahead of time let me know what time they'll be there they were there on time two guys that delivered it was great and very nice
Alicia has always been awesome. This is my second major purchase with Kimbrells in Concord and she has helped me make the best decision both times. I'll be back for the next.
Cynthia and the crew were so great to work with and I absolutely love my new couch! Seriously, y’all should give Cynthia 10 raises. She’s the best!!!
