I didn't get all the stuff I ordered bc some was broken others they didn't have in stock. There customer support is horrible ive had this bed for a month now they try not to resolve the issues its not on my end uts there's and im definitely not satisfied. My brother told me not to fo thru them I should just return it and shop elsewhere
