Very disappointed in the outcome. I tried this business over the location on Wilmington street. The clerk seemed unfamiliar with the process and after being approved for an 800 dollar golden ticket at yhe Wilmington Street location and initially being told I was approved for the beds I was looking at for my grandkids to then be told I would need a third party to approve and be dismissed like my business no longer meant anything I left feeling very disappointed and dejected.
I went to see if i could get a new bed frame and a mattress. They did more than enough to make sure I walked out with something. I appreciate all the help I got.
