They got us what we wanted and the quality of the couch is great. Also great customer service too.
I just went into Kimbrell’s Furniture. I spent about 10 minutes and no one came to help. The sales reps spent a lot of time talking with each other. I really like a loveseat/recliner they had but no one would answer my questions. Terrible customer service!
I enjoyed my experience today. Maylasia Crawford was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely shop with her again.
Friendly staff. Nice selection of good quality merchandise. Limited selection and varies at their different locations. Will hold purchase for 30 days, a convenience i needed and made my purchase because of it.
I picked out a charcoal gray smaller sectional charcoal gray with chase. Never was told they didn't have it in stock. Instead I was told if one that came in with mud all over it which sounds like they tried give me used one. They ended up taking table that was initially promised then showed up with cream colored sofa with chase that was twice as big. I told them it would not fit.
