The WORST customer service experience!!! I have never given any business a poor review, but I had such a terrible experience with Kimbrell's that I felt it was necessary. I bought furniture for my apartment from Kimbrell's over 2 months prior to my move. I called the salesman several times before my move to confirm that the furniture was in and he confirmed that it was. On moving day, he informed me that they did not possess my bedroom furniture (which he had previously told me they had) and tried to quickly sell me on somet... read more
Kimbrell's I was looking for some bed raills and the saleman went beyond the call just to make sure that, I happy. The price was good and I very happy. The staff was very professional.
