Very inadequate customer service. Every since kimball's bought skips I have had issues. When i had skips refuse over 5 years NEVER HAD ONE ISSUE! my biggest issue is they are not willing to work with customers it is what they say and that's that!! Most professional companys will sacrifice a little for customer satisfaction. They complain and charge extra if they think you have one bag over the limit or if you have anything in a can but not a bag. Also I had to pay for the previous residents unpaid bill. They have been turning around in our driveway and gettting our trash two years now but all of the sudden it is a problem. In order for them to do that I would need to pay an additional 10 dollars a month. Why all the sudden a problem?
