Wade Fink was utilized by Kim Stout in a knowingly false manner, I believe with his permission, to get me to hire her and keep utilizing her to my detriment. Kim Stout broke confidentiality, doesn't keep appointments, has a pattern of taking a non-refundable retainer and doing little to no work forcing clients to endure stress, raise possibility of incarceration, and irreversible error. UPDATED 04‑28‑2026 “My experience with this attorney was extremely negative. I felt pressured into a plea I didn’t fully understand, and I did not feel adequately represented. I encourage anyone working with her to ask questions, seek clarity, and make sure they feel fully supported. Took my retainer and did nothing. No monthly invoices, no updates on my case. I had to get another attorney. When I requested my retainer back, she said there are no refunds!!! We’re reporting her to the bar association. Criminal
She neglected my case for far too long and caused a great deal of stress. I wish I never hired her. She withdrew from my case and did not return any of the $5000 retainer.
