Started process for vacation/2nd home and told investor bank will eventually service mortgage. 3 weeks into underwriting UNFCU emails saying I have to join their credit union; ask Kimberly and she then informs it's part of process. Too late to pivot to another mortgage company and they delayed my closing for 2nd underwriting and have been a NIGHTMARE to work with. You cannot pay them electronically like any other bank/mortgage company! I tried external transfer from my credit union to the account they opened and after 5 days... read more
