Kim was wonderful! She was very thorough on explaining everything and every step of the process. She answered any questions we had. Kim made our first home buying experience amazing, we couldn't have asked for anyone better!
Saw great reviews for this lender so I called in the morning and provided my information with hopes of getting a pre-approval and mortgage. Kim advised she would get back with me shortly with what she could do. Saw the credit pulls on my report shortly after. Next day I called to check on the status and was sent to VM so I sent an email instead. Kim immediately responded with an attitude that she was working on it and would get back to me. (With all the !!!!!!! as if I ruined her day by sending a polite email). That was 7 da... read more
