If I could give 0 stars, it would be more appropriate. Kim was highly unpleasant and very unprofessional. I am a disabled vet, she used inappropriate language and made me extremely uncomfortable. She was offended when I asked questions, and was not knowledgeable of her field. Additionally, I was charged when I walked out before receiving services. There are much better companies offering services. Don't go to Kim!!
